Louboutin’s passion for footwear began very early in life. Louboutin began imagining shoe designs in his teenage years after becoming inspired on a trip to a museum. After being expelled from school at age 16, Louboutin turned his interest in shoes into a career by age 18, when he got a job working for shoe designer Charles Jourdan.
